Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders of $25 or more!

Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us growinglove@wans.net.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow for up to 7-14 days for shipping.  For some products the shipping time will be noted in the product description.  Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. If more than 7 days have passed and your order has not shipped please contact us ASAP for status. 
NOTE: For items that are meant for special occasions (Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries etc.), we recommend placing the order at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Lost Stolen or Undelivered Packages

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.  ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

Orders with incorrect address information
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
